Led by Laura Wood, a Registered Nurse with over 20 years’ experience across the health and social care sector, LSW Care Solutions offers flexible, expert-led consultancy for providers of every size.
Laura’s background goes far beyond nursing. She has held senior leadership roles across the sector, covering HR, quality, governance, and compliance, and has acted as an expert witness in complex care cases before the courts. Her career includes experience in mental health, learning disability services, older people’s care, secure settings, and primary care, managing services at both local and national levels.
