Welcome to my website, my name is Laura Wood, Owner, and Director of LSW Care Solutions.

I am a Registered Nurse with over 20 years’ experience in Health and Social Care.  I started my career working in mental health and learning disability services and have worked in many roles across many sectors including secure settings, older people services, and primary care.

Managing services across the UK, I have worked in senior roles within Quality, Governance, and Compliance and along with my associates, offer expertise across all Health and Social care sectors.

LSW Care Solutions and our associates understand the challenges in Health and Social care, but, also know how incredibly rewarding it is to work in this industry every day and improve the lives of people we support.

We can carry out a comprehensive mock Care Quality Commission inspection or a mock Care inspectorate inspection if your service is in Scotland. These inspections will be based around the key lines of inquiry with CQC or the Health and Social care standards (Scotland).
